Fundacja Wolne Społeczeństwo demands penal proceedings against a judge in Dresden who illegally reopened the family proceedings that had been already concluded with binding court decision and with the confirmation of the full and sole parental authority of the mother. After the reopening, the judge decided against the mother. The case concerns now the legal norm of a binding effect of a court decision. German officials chose to deliberately ignore the case.
