Fundacja Wolne Społeczeństwo (FWS) has been notified that the National Council of the Judiciary (KRS, Krajowa Rada Sądownictwa) in Poland may organize a meeting with the FWS in connection with the FWS’s proposals made on 23 and on 24 August 2023. The meeting’s time has not been decided. Therefore, the FWS calls the interested parties to gather the information concerning the judicial crime cases and to communicate the information to the FWS as soon as possible. The FWS should notify the KRS on 28 Aug. 2023 and within the following days about the legal and democratic grounds for an immediate meeting.
